英制螺紋詳細說明

1.嚴格地說，UN、UNR、UNC、UNF、UNS以及UNEF是螺紋系列的規(guī)定代號，而不是某些英文詞組的縮寫：

統(tǒng)一螺紋：Unified Screw Threads( 由英國(United Kingdom)、加拿大(Canada)和美國(United States)於948年共同制定；

UN：外螺紋設計牙型根部可平可圓(A flat root contour is specified ,but it is necessary to provide for some threading tool crest wear, hence a rounded root contour cleared beyond the 0.25p flat width of the Basic Profile is optional.)
UNR：外螺紋設計牙型根部**為圓弧(In order to reduce the rate of threading tool crest wear and to improve fatigue strength of a flat root thread, the Design Profile of the UNR thread has a non-reversing continuous curved root tangent to the thread flanks at a depth of 0.625 H.)
UNC：粗牙系列(Coarse-Thread Series)；
UNF：細牙系列(Fine-Thread Series)；
UNEF：超細牙系列(Extra-Fine-Thread Series)；
UNS：特殊螺距系列(Selected Combinations和 Other Threads of Special Diameters, Pitches, and Lengths of Engagement)；

另外還有恒定螺距系列(Constant Pitch Series)，有8UN、12UN、16UN等等，不一一列舉

2.標注方法:

英寸制統(tǒng)一螺紋，在英寸制***廣泛采用，該類螺紋分三個系列：粗牙系列UNC，細牙系列UNF，特細牙系列UNFF，外加一個定螺距系列UN。

標注方法：螺紋直徑—每英寸牙數(shù) 系列代號—精度等級
示例：粗牙系列 3/8—16 UNC—2A
細牙系列 3/8—24 UNF—2A
特細牙系列 3/8—32 UNFF—2A
定螺距系列 3/8—20 UN—2A
**位數(shù)字3/8表示螺紋外徑，單位為英寸，轉換為米制單位mm要乘以25.4，即3/8×25.4=9.525mm；**、三位數(shù)字16、24、32、20為每英寸牙數(shù)(在25.4mm長度上的牙數(shù))；第三位以后的文字代號UNC、UNF、UNFF、UN為系列代號，兩位2A為精度等級。

螺紋配合等級：

螺紋配合是旋合螺紋之間松或緊的大小，配合的等級是作用在內(nèi)外螺紋上偏差和公差的規(guī)定組合。

1.對統(tǒng)一英制螺紋，外螺紋有三種螺紋等級：1A、2A和3A級，內(nèi)螺紋有三種等級：

1B、2B和3B級，全部都是間隙配合。等級數(shù)字越高，配合越緊。在英制螺紋中，偏差僅規(guī)定1A和2A級，3A級的偏差為零，而且1A和2A級的等級偏差是相等的。

1、1A和1B級，非常松的公差等級，其適用于內(nèi)外螺紋的允差配合。
2、2A和2B級，是英制系列機械緊固件規(guī)定通用的螺紋公差等級。
3、3A和3B級，旋合形成緊的配合，適用于公差緊的緊固件，用于***性的關鍵設計。
4、對外螺紋來說，1A和2A級有一個配合公差，3A級沒有。1A級公差比2A級公差大50％，比3A級大75％，對內(nèi)螺紋來說，2B級公差比2A公差大30％。1B級比2B級大50％，比3B級大75％。
